We then set out to begin our test of the service. To start, we installed it on our TV (via an Amazon Firestick) and also on our tablet and phone. After installing, it was then simply a case of going to the BBC iPlayer website (or the app in the case of the TV) to use the streaming service. It (and other services like ITV Hub) worked flawlessly not only for the first day, but the entire month of our testing period.

This threat is even higher when using public wifi and everyone should use a VPN when at a coffee shop, restaurant, public place etc where wifi is available.

After a month of uninterrupted access to BBC iPlayer, ITV, Channel 4 etc the conclusion of this UK Expat VPN review is relatively straightforward – hands down an easy 5/5.
